Contact enquiries

The contact form stores your name, email address, company (if supplied), enquiry type and message in the private creator inbox to review and respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive information. To ask about or request deletion of your enquiry, use the contact form and identify the original enquiry.

Optional site activity

With your permission, we count page views, stream, social, sponsor and support-link clicks, embedded player requests, sections reached, scroll milestones, contact form starts, submission errors and successful enquiries. We group these counts by hour, page, broad browser category, screen-size category and referrer category (such as search or social). We do not store full referring URLs or raw browser user-agent strings. Only aggregate totals are stored for 90 days; this analytics feature does not store IP addresses, visitor IDs, message contents or browsing histories. Counts are not shared with an external analytics provider. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the homepage footer. Your choice is stored in this browser. Do Not Track disables these counts.

Essential storage and other platforms

An essential session cookie protects forms and supports admin sign-in. Your effects and analytics preferences are stored locally in your browser. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information to operate and secure the site. Stream players load only when you choose to play them. Embedded players and external links are operated by their respective platforms and have their own privacy practices.
